C51900 is a copper-tin-phosphorus series alloy that is commonly used to make strips. This alloy is a type of phosphor bronze, which is a family of copper alloys that contain between 0.5% and 11% tin and between 0.01% and 0.5% phosphorus. Phosphor bronze alloys are known for their strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.The C51900 alloy contains approximately 6% tin and 0.4% phosphorus. It has a reddish-gold color and is often used in applications where a combination of strength, wear resistance, and good electrical conductivity is required.
